‘Incantesimo’ which means Magical in Italian. Is made up of seven talented individuals who together create ‘magic’.

The band has a large repertoire of songs which comprises of songs from the Musical Theatre, Classical, Popular, Swing and Rock numbers from the likes of Queen, George Harrison. They can tailor their set to suit your requirements.

Andrea – Soprano Singer
Soprano singer, songwriter and music teacher Andrea Jenkyns first became interested in singing as a child where she was a member of the school choir. She began taking piano lessons when I was twelve and I have been writing songs since I was sixteen.
Her musical career has certainly been colourful, she met the Prime Minister of Pakistan, and performed in Islamabad to an 8000 strong arena. My music video for my song 'The Beach' has been played in Asia, and became one of the most requested songs on one of their television shows. Nearer to home she has performed twice at the Mela Festival at Roundhay Park, Leeds, this event was attended by 80,000 people. She has had various tracks from her first album played several times on BBC radio. This album was an eclectic mix of genres, all original tracks, mixing rock, pop, ballads and with a pinch of eastern flavour.
Andrea has nearly a four octave range up to F6 and have the ability to produce the warm luscious low tones, to the top 'phantom of the opera' type, whistle sounds. She loves performing Musical Theatre and Classical songs, but also likes to throw in a few Rock and Pop numbers as well as her own songs.
Dennis – Tenor Singer
Dennis Hannant is an Army Officer, currently serving with the Royal Logistic Corps, Territorial Army in Grantham. He has been a member of the Grantham Choral Society since 2006 and started singing as a soloist in 2008. Since then he has performed in a number of concerts in aid of various Armed Forces and local civilian charities including: SSAFA, Help for Heroes, ABF, The Soldiers’ Charity, The RAF Benevolent Fund, Grantham Lions Club and various Grantham Mayor nominated charities. Dennis enjoys all types of music and sings classical, swing, country and western, folk and popular songs and has recently sung in concert with the Grantham Based Big Band ‘Music Machine’ and a combined Sleaford, Crawley Band at this year’s Heckington Show, which was attended by over 3000 people.
Chris – Saxophonist
Chris knows a thing or two about good entertainment. He spent many years working on local and hospital radio, covering the London area for weddings, parties and social events. For ten years Chris sang and played alto and tenor sax/guitar for Boston pop groups Magic 44 and Kinetica, where he met pianist/guitarist Viv Rhynne. Chris has a strong interest in US West Coast Jazz but he grew up playing The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and still loves playing their hit songs. Chris also has a background in playing the blues.
Viv - Keyboard Player
Viv has been part of Boston’s music scene since the 1980s. He plays the piano, keyboards and guitar. He’s been known to play the church organ at weddings too!
Viv notched up 20 years of service as a lecturer at Boston College and was a pianist in the Boston College Jazz Orchestra during the 1990s. In 2001 he joined Boston pop group Kinetica with sax-player Chris Nice, performing chart hits and light rock in R.A.F. stations, local hotels, pubs and at village fêtes.
Trevor - Guitarist
Trevor has been playing guitar since he was 9 years old, He certainly has a passion for guitars in both playing them and collecting them, as he has over sixty guitars. He organised Boston’s ‘Live Aid’ concert in 1985. Trevor performs a wide variety of music from ‘Middle Of The Road‘, Pop, and soul to name but a few. An established and experienced player he has been performing in bands for many years including concerts for the RAF, Corporate Functions and Private Parties for the likes of Boxer Joe Bugner. Trevor is also an songwriter and writes a variety of songs from popular and even gospel.
Bill – Drummer
Bill has been playing drums since aged 14. At the age of eighteen he joined a pop/rock band in London called Aubergine . They were together for many years playing in pubs and clubs in the South London area.
Over the years Bill has played many live shows, worked in the studio on recordings and even performed on live TV. Bill likes many forms of music, however Led Zeppelin and other rock bands are his passion.
Steve - Bass Guitar.
Experienced Bass Guitarist Steve has been playing for longer than he would care to remember. He has been performing for many years in a wide range of bands and genres. His hi-light was touring with the band ‘Hot Chocolate’.
Steve has a passion for Blues and RnB music. In addition to performing with Incantesimo Steve is also in a Jazz Trio.
